Requirements

·         A  Degree  in Human  Resources  Management   or  Humanities

·         Postgraduate qualification   an advantage

·         5-8 years  management  experience  in a  generalist HR  function.

Competencies

·         Understanding  of the  latest HR  trends  and  its  application to improve  organizational  effectiveness

·         Proven track record  in people  management  and  motivation skills

·         Sound knowledge of  applicable  policies and legislation

·         Strong decision making skills
