Requirements
Minimum educational qualification:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Health Information Management Systems.
Inherent requirement of the job:
A valid driver’s licence.
Willingness to travel within the Western Cape.
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Advanced computer literacy including MS Office.
Familiar with health information systems like Clinicom, NHLS, PHCIS and eKAPA.
Good numerical, analytical communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of health management and operational information.
Knowledge of health services in the Western Cape.
Change Management and work processes re-engineering.
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Assist in the implementation phases of PHCIS.
Manage the implementation of the new filling system.
Oversee change Management at the facilities and work process re-engineering.
Oversee end user support and attend to helpdesk calls.
Facilitate and support supplementary module implementation.
Report to management.
