Requirements:
• An appropriate recognized three year B degree and/or National Diploma in Public
• Administration, Business Management or NQF of equivalent level or Grade 12 with extensive experience in the rendering of executive support services in a similar environment.
• Good stakeholder liaison, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good Co-ordination skills, financial management skills.
• Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations.
• Broad knowledge of Government’s Program of Action. Strong management experience.
• Sound organizational and planning skills.
• Project Management skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the Office of the Director-General: Management of incoming and outgoing documents in the office of the Director General, Managing incoming and outgoing correspondences, coordination and facilitation of responses for all enquiries including referrals, Manage filing system.
• Assist with coordination of the Branch activities and project/program information.
• Manage logistics for meetings.
• Assist with writing reports, minute taking, and procurement of goods and services.
• Liaise with departmental line functions and other relevant stakeholders for information.
• Assist with collating of monthly expenditure reports.
• Perform duties as directed by the supervisor.
