Position Summary
Position Summary
To ensure the accurate, consistent and timely availability of Plant Maintenance Master Data in SAP and to ensure integrity throughout the transactional data by means of continuous interaction with business owners and partners.

Qualifications and expertise required:
-Minimum Grade 12/N3/NQF 4 (with Maths and
Science )
-Trade Test Electrical and/or applicable Electrical
Tertiary Qualifications

Specific experience required:
-Artisan
-3-5 Years petrochemical plant experience
-SAP transactions
-Document verification System

Required outputs: Functional:
-Master Data Maintenance of the SAP R/3 Systems
-Management and Record keeping of templates
requesting Maintenance to the Master Data.
-Monitor, maintain and report integrity of Master
Data.
-Compile Monthly Reports, Reports Writing.
-Provide regular reporting, both compulsory and ad
hoc, to management.
-Attend relevant plant/business meetings and
communicate on all Levels
-Assist with the formulation of procedures and
business templates.
-Verify Technical information on plants.
