JOB TITLE: MANAGER: PROVINCIAL MONITORING AND EVALUATION (DIRECTOR DIRECTOR LEVEL)
Chief Directorate: Monitoring and Evaluation
SALARY:An all-inclusive remuneration package of R495 603 per annum
CENTRE:Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS:
An appropriate three-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with extensive relevant experience in a monitoring and evaluation field.
Core competencies: Applied strategic thinking, Developing others, Planning and organizing, Project management and diversity management.
Process 8 competencies: Continuous improvement, Problem-solving and decision-making,
Client orientation and customer focus, Communication and information management.
Technical competencies: Research methodology, Monitoring, reporting and evaluation.

DUTIES:
Provide relevant monitoring and evaluation technical assistance to the Senior
Manager in respect of local government performance
• Submit required analytical reports on Section 47 reports of the Local Government performance progress
•Assist to compile reports of local government performance as prescribed by
Section 47 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act
