Job Title: IT Project Manager

    Position Purpose

    To Manage The Planning, Execution and Closing of Software Development Projects.

    Experience & Qualifications

    Relevant degree (Preferably Commerce related)
    Relevant Project Management qualification
    Experience with Agile project management is required
    Previous exposure to the Momentum environment will be an advantage
    Minimum 6 - 7 years relevant experience

    Work Output

    Financial:
    • Add value to the business by making sure agile teams are rapidly delivering quality, working software (This objective is focussed on the output of agile development teams)
    • Identify financial and business risks to the company and escalate accordingly

    Internal process:
    • Facilitate all agile ceremonies effectively in order to get maximum value from them (This objective is focussed on all participants and processes, including business)
    • Ensure visibility of project progress and risks

    Customer:
    • Maintain effective relationships with own team and all stakeholders in area of responsibility
    • Liaise with specialists to gain their insight into assessing risks

    People:
    • Manage own performance and development
    • Manage staff in terms of work performance, personal development and enabling a high performance culture
