OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
To co-ordinate activities and requirements associated with the Office of the Rand Water Foundation Programme Manager through the application of project administrative and secretarial procedures and the execution of sequence associated with the communication,planning, prioritization and organization of confidential and important appointments, events and meetings, in order to ensure the provision of high quality administration and operational support services on compiling reports and presentations to the satisfaction of clients through effective co-ordination of Rand Water Foundation Environment Team.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Provision of effective Project Administrative band Secretarial Support Services, In order to ensure adequate support is made available to enable the accomplishment of specific administrative reporting deadlines.
Undertake necessary administrative services in support of the core business of the Rand Water Foundation.
Effectively ensure Information record keeping,maintaining records and related information so that details/correspondence supporting specific processes and decisions are accessible and made available to facilitate the execution of necessary actions.
Ensure that General Operational Functions are effectively undertaken, to ensure that the provision of an effective Stakeholder Liaison and Support is adhered to.
Coordinate, and monitor budget expenditure incurred by the office of the Programme Manager,consolidating and communicating costs to the internal Finance Business Unit for further processing.
Coordinate planning of activities to be undertaken by the Programme Manager.
Ensure good, acceptable and highly valued RWF Customer Care.
Ensure day to day general administrative support to the office of the programme Manager,environmental portfolio.
Coordinate all the Programme Manager’s meetings.
Timeous submission of Time Sheets, Monthly calendars and budget expenditure reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Senior/Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate in Office Management/Office Administration.
Certificate in project management will be an added advantage.
2 years’ experience as an Administrator in a project management environment.
2 years MS Office plus and MS Project experience.
Junior Degree or National Diploma in Office/Business Administration/Social Sciences will be an advantage.
2 years’ experience as an Administrator in a project management environment.
2 years MS Office plus and MS Project experience.
