Job Title:     Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant

Introduction:    

A Learnership opportunity has arisen with Life Kingsbury Claremont Hospital sponsored by the HWSETA for an unemployed individual to be trained as a Basic Level Pharmacist Assistant.
This is a 14 month contract and the learner will be paid a stipend of R1900 by the HWSETA whilst being trained. This is a period of both on the job practical training and study.

Critical Outputs:    

• The successful applicant will be expected to start employmentas from the 1st April 2014
• The applicant will work under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
• The applicant will be expected to work a full 40 hour work week, Monday to Friday.
• The applicant will be expected to obey all instructions and conform to the policies and rules of Life Kingssbury Claremont Hospital

Requirements:    
• The applicant must be unemployed.
• The applicant must have a Matric with passes in Mathematics and Science.
• The applicant must be able to read, write and converse in English.
• The applicant will be required to complete arithmetic and English tests as part of the process so must be available to complete the tests.
