    The above-mentioned position is currently available in the New Business department at our Momentum Employee Benefits division/business unit based at our office in Doringkloof.

    Experience & Qualifications

    Matric

    Minimum of 1 year relevant Sales Call Centre experience

    Health care experience would be an advantage

    RE Qualification would be an advantage

    The Incumbent will be responsible for:

    Contact potential customers to facilitate the prospect of new business.

    Complete documentation as per departmental guidelines in order to meet client needs.

    Adhere to organisational best practice and legislative requirements.

    Communicate effective messages to prospective clients in order to generate leads.

    Support to drive the achievement of sales targets.

    Engage in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements.

    Drive and support effective teamwork within the department.

    Engage in appropriate training interventions to promote own professional development.
