Responsibilities
·
Be a
member of the Executive
Management Team responsible for
strategic planning of the organization
·
Develop an
annual strategy and plan
aligned with business needs and ensure
the most effective utilization
of resources
·
Oversee the
surveillance and monitoring of occupational health diseases in order to guide public
health authorities on
appropriate and policy and
interventions
·
Develop
and implement suitable responses
to the outbreak of occupational diseases and guide , monitor
and assist local authorities
in response to these diseases
Qualifications
·
Qualification as a Pathologist
·
12-15
years relevant experience
of which 2-3 should
have been in a Senior
Management role
·
Strong
research background
Skills
·
Strategic
planning and management
skills
·
Analytical skills
·
Financial skills
