Requirements
·
An
appropriate Economic qualification
or equivalent
·
A
Master’s degree in Applied
Economics , preferably in Infrastructure
or similar (i.e.
capacity in econometric analyses of large datasets , cost
benefit analysis, academic
writing and communication base , etc)
will be highly recommended
·
At least
five to seven years
experience in public policy
and governance , corporate
finance , regulation and completion
policy
·
Ability
to work well under pressure.
Duties
·
Manage
processes to align SOCs
strategies and interventions
with relevant sectors and National
policies
·
Model the
role and contribution of
SOCs in the economy to enhance the links
between industrial and
macroeconomic policies
·
Manage and develop the strategic
plan and annual
performance plans in line with
the Departmental strategic
objectives
