Requirements

In line with
Section 83, 107 and
119 of the Municipal Finance Management
Act , Act 56 of
2003, requires Officials to meet
minimum competency levels as per Municipal Finance Management Program (Circular 60) of Treasury’s
minimum competencies ;

Financial
and supply chain management competencies
as prescribed in the
Regulations,
·
Core
managerial and occupational competencies
, as described in the Municipal
Performance . Regulations issued in terms of Municipal Systems
Act 32 of 2000.
·
Candidates who have registered
for the Municipal Finance
Management Program are also
invited to apply
Knowledge
·
Superior
Knowledge and expertise in financial
management disciplines is
essential and would include : Commerce, Accounting, Financial Administration, Treasury Regulations , Budgeting , and Information
Systems .
