Job Title: Industrial Relations (IR) Officer: Secure Solutions South Africa
Location: Rosslyn, Pretoria
Job Introduction:
G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a leading global integrated security solutions company, has a vacancy for an Industrial Relations (IR) Officer for the Northern Provinces based at our offices in Rosslyn.
The purpose of the position is to efficiently and accurately review disciplinary matters within a region, as well as maintenance of CCMA cases.
The position requires at least 2-3 years’ experience within an Industrial Relations/Security Management environment.
The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which administration plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results driven and to live the values of the organisation.

The Ideal Candidate:
Formal Education:
Grade 12 or equivalent with a preferred diploma in Labour Relations.
