Job Title: Executive Director Aviation (Regional Operations Director)

Location: Kempton Park


Job Introduction:

The management of the provision of quality contractual and ad-hoc integrated security services to customers, in compliance with legislation, company policies, processes and procedures, to ensure the achievement of budgeted financial targets and satisfied customers.

Role Responsibility:

    Effective management of the financial performance
    Effective management of staff with region
    Effective management of operations
    Effective management of business development function
    Effective management of Systems Business / Systems Business Development.


The Ideal Candidate:

    Relevant tertiary qualification
    Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in operational management
    Knowledge of South African security legislation
    Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
    Experience within the aviation sector would be an advantage
