Professional Duties:

Drive integrated strategic thinking and problem solving through the agency, include digital , social, CRM, activations and shopper marketing.
Develop consumer insight to liberate the creative department and ensure relevant and surprising creative work through the line.
Compose coherent and convincing strategic arguments and express a considered strategic point of view.
Facilitate strategic workshops with personality and skill.

Minimum Requirements:

At least five years agency experience.
proven ability to work through the line and drive integrated, breakthrough creative work for large, prestigious accounts.
Proven ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the client's business and successfully steward the brand through the development of communication in all departments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly developed creative and strategic ability.
