Duties and Responsibilities:
Development of long-term strategy and vision for the company, as well as development of annual business plans and budgets in support of the long-term strategy;

Ensure legal compliance at all time
Ensuring continuous improvement in the quality and value of the company's competitive position
Formulation and overseeing of the implementation of major corporate policies
Ensuring an effective management team and acting as chief spokesperson for the company

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant qualification-Bachelors degree advantageous
Minimum of 5-7 years experience advantageous   
Fluency in French beneficial
