 Requirements: Senior Lecturer


Qualifications

·         A Doctoral degree at NQF level 10 in Industrial Engineering or equivalent plus eligibility in terms of qualifications and experience to register with ECSA OR a Master’s degree at NQF level 9 in Industrial Engineering or equivalent plus registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or a Professional Engineering Technologist plus a commitment to register for a Doctoral degree

·         Evidence of registration for a Doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering.



Recommendations:

    Registration with ECSA as Professional Engineer / Technologist (or Candidate) or eligibility in terms of qualifications and experience, to register with ECSA in the mentioned categories.
    Membership of the South African Institute of Industrial Engineers will be an advantage.
    Experience of an Open Distance Learning environment will be an advantage.

 Qualifications Lecturer: Industrial Engineering

A relevant Bachelors' degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent at NQF level 8 plus ECSA registration or a relevant Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering


Recommendation:

·         Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa

·         Membership of the South African Institute of Mechanical Engineers will be an advantage.

·         Experience of an Open Distance Learning environment will be an advantage.
