DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
Post specific requirements:
B Tech in Civil Engineering OR a relevant Bachelor of Science plus one year’s appropriate experience
Preference will be given to candidates who are specialised in the fields of Structural Engineering or Materials
Duties:
Develop and maintain laboratories used for undergraduate practicals and postgraduate research
Manage and conduct practicals for National Diploma: Civil Engineering and BTech: Civil Engineering
Manage, maintain and operate specialised Civil Engineering Laboratory equipment
Take responsibility for the Safety, Health & Environment documentation and procedures
Recommendations:
· Laboratory / workshop experience
· Willingness to participate in community engagement projects/activities
