REQUIREMENTS:
●An appropriate recognised degree or a three-year Higher Education qualification
(REQV13), which must include training as a Teacher and at least four (4) years experience in editing
and translation
●Candidates should be proficient in the Sesotho Languages (SeSotho, SeTswana and SePedi) [Proficiency in at least two (2) of the three (3) listed languages is imperative; these subjects must have been completed at third year level]
●Experience in editing question papers
●The ability to work well within a team and under pressure
●She/He must have computer skills including Ms Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
●A qualification in Editing and Translation plus experience in large scale examinations will serve as an advantage.
DUTIES:
●Editing and translation of question papers for the National Senior Certificate (NSC), Senior
Certificate (SC) and Annual National Assessment (ANA) tests
●Proof-reading and quality assurance of question papers and marking guidelines
●Editing of policy documents and other correspondence relating to examinations and assessment
