Requirements:
Three year relevant tertiary qualification in Law or equivalent qualification in the field of Employment Relations. Three to five years working experience in Legal environment or employment relations environment.

Duties:
●Initiates and provides strategic direction in the implementation and promotion of Employment Relations Programs and Interventions
●Represent the Department in all disputes referred to the General Public Service Sectoral Bargaining Council (GPSSBC) and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA)
● Ensure that the Department is properly represented in all cases referred to the Labour Court
● Facilitate and represent the Department in collective bargaining processes with its recognized unions
●Manage there sources within the Employment Relations Unit.
