Requirements:

An appropriate three year qualification in
Education and Training or Environmental Science/ Human Resource
Development/Development Studies or Tertiary Qualification equivalent or
qualification in Social Science and Industrial Technology
·
Experience in skill development, education,
training and development in South Africa is highly recommended
·
Knowledge of prominent environmental problems,
government legislations, policies and bodies facilitating youth development,
environmental service, education, training and development
·
Numerical and analytical ability
·
Driver’s license
·
Research skills
·
Ability to undertake training needs assessments,
development of skills, quality assurance on assurance and working knowledge
·
Good report writing skills, presentation,
facilitation, research, interpersonal, coordination, quality assurance,
community liaison and problem solving skills
·
Good project management skills, human resource
management, communication skills
Duties:
·
Manage the training of the youth Environmental
service project
·
Manage the planning, implementation and
reporting of training in youth Environmental programmes
·
Manage the quality assurance of training with
the youth environmental projects
·
Manage the development and review of the youth
environmental programmes tool
·
Facilitate the establishment and management of
partnership within youth development
