Job Title:    Manager: Traffic Investigation II, Automotive Production and Development Programme (APDP)

Minimum Requirements:
•  A degree in Economics/Accounting or equivalent qualificationn (NQF).
•  At least 3 years working experience in economic and financial analysis field
•  A solid understanding of the role of ITAC, Industrial Policy Action Plan (IRAP) and the Automotive Production FDevelopment Programme (APDP),
•  Proven policy analysis,research, problem-solving, report writing, project management and presentation skills,
•  Computer literacy

Key Responsibilities:
•  Manage APDP claims to qualifying manufacturers of specific motor vehicles, automotive components and tooling
•  Provide input to the Senior Manager on: unit's business plan; the development and review policy, Regulations, Guidelines and Practise in Compliance with policy framework and legislation,; technical advice on multilateral, regional and bi-lateral trade negotiations as they relate to the automotive sector.
•  Make submissions and presentation to the commission on investigations conducted
•  Interpret policy and commission's decisions on the stakeholders for effective communication
•  Represent ITAC at various forums
•  Ensure compliance with domestic law, policies and procedures and consistency to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) framework.
