Requirements:

NQF Level 5 Qualification
OR
National Diploma: Public Finance Management and Administration
•
Together with National Treasury Minimum competence requirements as amended in terms of
circular 60 and the relevant experience as listed below:

•

Key Performance Areas:
•
Manages the administration of the billing department
•
Manages the process of debtor control accounts
•
Prepares the expenditure budget for the department
•
Prepares monthly reports
•
Manages staff
•
Manages month and year-end processes
•
Assists in tariff determination
•
Ensures correct tariffs are applied
