B Proc, LLB
OR
other Law degree
•
Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa will be an added advantage
•
Two (2) years legal experience (This does not include training as a candidate attorney)

Key Performance Areas:
•
Assists with provision of legal advice to all directorates on matters referred by researching statutes,
case law and other legal documents
•
Drafting legal opinions and briefs
•
Co-ordinates interaction between directorates and external legal practitioners on matters referred
by acting as a liaison to ensure that all briefs and instructions are correctly issued and dealt with
