Responsibilities:
•    Undergraduate student administration
•    Postgraduate student-recruitment administration
•    Off-campus administration
•    Ad hoc tasks

Minimum requirements:
•    Grade 12
•    Five years’ relevant administrative experience
•    Two years’ client-service experience
•    Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•    Proven expertise in administrative procedures and processes
•    Good communication skills
•    A positive client-service orientation
•    Demonstration of language proficiency in order to function optimally in the various multilingual environments of the NWU

Recommendations:
•    A tertiary-education certificate will be a recommendation

Total remuneration package:

COMMENCEMENT OF DUTIES:    1 March 2014
