Additional Requirement for Boekenhoutskloof:
A valid driver’s licence.
Core functions:
•Administer matters pertaining to vehicle fleet management and procurement of equipment
•Administer and maintain a filing system
•Organise and plan/maintain all current existing contracts
•Administer the system for effective use
•Keep registers according to policy on Supply Chain Management and
National Treasury Instructions
•Perform other administrative tasks relating to the keeping of a reliable contract administration system
Generic requirements:
•Competency in the post-specific core functions
•Fluency in at least two of the official languages, of which one must be English
•South African citizenship
•No criminal record or pending criminal/departmental or civil cases
•A Senior Certificate or at least a completed SAQA-accredited NQF 4
qualification
•The ability to render at least 10 years’ pensionable service.
2years appropriate/relevant experience in the core functions of the post and the
completion of internship in the Public Service may serve as advantages.
