Introduction
Responsible for implementing a Brand strategy into a 360 Marketing Communication and promotional plan in line with the business strategy by integrating all Marketing communication and activity across the Marketing business unit.
Support the strategic vision, development and execution of all marketing campaigns
Minimum Requirements
Technical Skills / Experience:
Relevant advanced diploma or degree (preferably commerce or marketing)
3 years experience retail fashion and building fashion brands
Must have interest in retail fashion, promotions and building Fashion Brands across all apparel
Be a creative idea-generator of ideas that solve business challenges and understand how it works in partnership to media
Creative, self-directed problem solver that have a passion for innovation
Solid retail skills and experience
Marketing knowledge and experience
Writing skills
Ability to integrate and communicate across all levels
Excellent presentation skills
Strong planning and conceptual ability
Good business awareness including external markets and competitor positions
Financial/Budget management
Propensity to act with a sense of urgency, take ownership of work and accept full accountability for commercial results

Job Specification
Marketing Communication Operational/Trading Plan
Deliver an integrated 360 marketing communication plan
Ensure Marketing plan is delivered to an integrated commercial and trade plan
Deliver input into the marketing concept based on awareness of market and industry trends and an up-to-date knowledge of competitive behaviour
Lead and develop the marketing brief to the studio to deliver a well thought through TTL brief which supports the marketing strategy in line with the WMC
Ensure CPA is adhered to
Define media objectives and include media preferences
Integrate with internal networks to identify opportunities to maximize integration and exposure
Deliver specific areas of the Marketing scorecard on a quarterly basis (commercial)
Adhere to operational plans, managing execution and measuring results
Documented communication and marketing plan that is regularly updated and communicated
Customer
Provide clear direction on the Woolworths customer through analysis of customer data and PIR’s
Implement a Direct Marketing plan that speaks to increasing in frequency and spend
Implement an Omni-channel communication plan that is relevant and communicated to all key stakeholders
Ensure that all Marketing campaigns and communication plans are in adherence to legislation e.g. CPA
Competitor Analysis and PIR’s
Analyse and provide feedback on the success of marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
Conduct detailed competitor analysis to ensure that we lead the market and that the Brand team is kept up to date on local and international Marketing trends
Budget Management
Ensure that campaigns adhere to budget
Provide input into quarterly updates on actual vs. budget
Integration with key partners
Partner with in-house agency to deliver high quality creative output to the briefs
Build and maintain effective relationships with Business, Marketing, Sales Management, VM, Digital Marketing and internal Studio and Agency to deliver seamless communication to the customer
Liaise with Buying groups to co-ordinate Clothing product for all shoots
