Job Title: Personal Assistant
Main Purpose:
The incumbent would be required to provide secretarial and administrative support.

Responsibilities/Output:
The candidate must demonstrate high levels of competence and integrity with respect to the following duties: General Office Administration: Screening of telephone calls, taking and following up of messages; Diary management and co-ordinating meetings; Organising photocopying, printing, binding and delivery of documents; Travel arrangements both local and international for entire Indirect Tax team; Editing, formatting and collating documents; Provide administrative support to the team; General filing. Financial Administration: Management of debtors and cash collection on Maconomy; Preparing IOCN's and inter-territory billing; Capturing of time sheets; Preparing weekly WIP reports and invoicing. Client Administration: Maintain and update marketing database; Preparation of presentations (MS PowerPoint); Distributing of PwC publications; Organising external client events. Risk Management: Open of client codes on EDMS; Prepare engagement letters; Assist with independence searches; Request AFSs; Ensure that client acceptance questionnaires and assignment acceptance questionnaires are reviewed and signed off by the Partner.

Experience Required: 3 - 5 years
Competencies / Skills:
Secretarial Diploma; Minimum 3 to 5 years proven secretarial experience; Proactive and self-motivated; Ability to manage own time and ensure that deadlines are met with limited supervision; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to interact with senior Leaders and Partners across the global network; Polite, professional and self-confident manner with excellent telephone skills; Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure; Ability to handle confidential matters in a discreet manner; Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task; Proficient in the use of Maconomy; Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; Be prepared to work overtime, as required.
