Job Title: Designer

Main Purpose:

We are currently looking for a graphic designer with at least 2-3 years experience to join the Design Studio team. The candidate will report to the design studio manager and assist in the concept and production of visual marketing material.

The candidate should have good communication skills, make creative and innovative recommendations, be a team player, be self-sufficient and proactive enough to manage projects and also work according to brand/ policy requirements.

The individual must be a proactive, independent worker, a forward-thinker and have a passion for the design and digital environment.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the design team within the firm. Responsibilities will include, inter alia, the creation and design of brochures, invites, newsletters, proposals and multimedia.

Responsibilities/Output:

•Take a creative brief and interpret it into acceptable branded visual design

•The creation and design of brochures, invites, newsletters, proposals and multimedia

•Develop video, animation, sound, info graphics and other “rich-media” components to enhance the brand

•Keep up to date on trends and new technologies

Requirements
Qualification Level: IT related Degree / Diploma

Experience Required: 2 - 3 years

Essential Competencies:

•Graphic Design Diploma (or similar)

•Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects

•HTML5 knowledge advantage

•Apple Mac experience advantage
