Requirements:
• An appropriate 3 year Bachelors degree/ National Diploma in Public Management or Administration or equivalent relevant qualification plus relevant experience or Grade 12 plus extensive relevant experience.
• Certificate in Financial Management and Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Experience in project management and financial management.
• Planning and coordination skills; Good interpersonal relations skills;
• Good communication skills (verbal and written);
• Be able to work within any given timeframe and meet tight deadlines effectively and efficiently. Be able to work independently and also team spirited; Ability to work long hours;
• Computer literacy.
Duties:
• Provide overall coordination and management of selected Department of
• Environmental Affairs’ (DEA) special projects.
• Provide project coordination services to the project management of the Department’s Business Process Review (BPR) Project.
• Provide project coordination services to the mapping and documenting of prioritized Business Processes and any other prioritized project.
• Provide project administration support services to the Program Manager’s office.
