Requirements:
•    An appropriate 3 year Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Business
•    Process Management. Extensive experience in Project Management, Business
•    Process Management Planning, Monitoring & Reporting, Administration.
•    Extensive knowledge in internal auditing and risk management. Knowledge of the Standards for the Professional Practice of Project Management and the Code of Ethics developed by the Institute of Project Management. Extensive knowledge and experience of Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations.
•    Knowledge of the functions of different departments and levels of government.
•    Knowledge of Government business practices and policies.

Duties:
•    Collect, document and analyze the business processes.
•     Monitor progress of the project implementation plan for the Business Process Review (BPR) Project.
•    Identify risks and determine impacts of change request, and report on status of the project.
•    Assist project manager in planning, directing, obtaining resources and managing the development of the business process management function.
