Gather, understand, document and clearly communicate client requirements and processes related to business software development, acquisition and implementation

Responsibilities/Output:

Delivery of IT systems and applications for the Assurance line of service in PwC Southern Africa. This involves business analysis and defining functional specifications, configuration, training, testing, support, budgeting, time management and working closely with Development Services and GTS (IT operations). Project management Assist with the management of application change requests and new developments. Contribute to the operational performance of the team Actively seek ways to apply technology to business processes to meet strategic goals through a conceptual understanding of technology and strong business insight and experience Implement methodologies, standards and processes on all projects to ensure consistent quality. Assist the BTM Assurance Technology Managers in day to day operations

Experience Required: 0 - 3 years
