Responsibilities/Output:

HC Reporting

    Develop and co-ordinate a centralised reporting process for South Market Human Capital
    Liaise with all HC managers to understand reporting needs
    Liaise with Business technology management to pull all HC data together using qlikview models
    Develop quarterly reports and HC dashboards for the South Market Area leadership
    Respond to Global requests for South Market PeopleSoft data
    Assist business and the SMHC team with specific PeopleSoft reports

PeopleSoft Clean-up

    Assist with data clean-up initiatives on PeopleSoft

Global People Survey

    Administration of annual survey
    Liaise with business on departmental mapping and headcounts
    Liaise with Global on demographic requests and queries
    Provide management with South Market Area and Africa results and reports
    Assist business with result queries and reports
    Provide business with database training for reporting


Requirements
Qualification Level: B degree    
Additional Qualification Level: n/a
Experience Required: 1 - 2 years

Competencies / Skills:

• PeopleSoft knowledge

• Advanced Microsoft Excel ,PowerPoint and Word skills

• Proactive and able to work independently and deliver precise and accurate work

• Analytical and attention to detail

• Knowledge of the HC environment is an advantage
