Job Title: Learning Designer

Stellenbosch

The role

To design and develop blended learning solutions that enables and enhances performance. This includes formal and informal learning methods such as e-learning, performance support tools, quick reference guides, “how to” guides, coaching guides, observation checklists, training videos, workshops etc.
The requirements

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) with at least 2 – 3 years’ proven experience in Learning Design or Instructional Design (including sound knowledge of blended learning, generation Y learning preferences and Adult Learning design principles and methodologies)

OR

    A relevant HR tertiary qualification with proven experience in a related HR field
    Must have proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships at a senior management level
    Communication skills (written & verbal) in English
