Job Title: Card Services Representative

Pietermaritzburg

The role

To promote and sell Capitec Bank Point-of Sale (POS) terminals to potential merchants and providing after sales / technical support within the Card Services and Business Development Division.
The requirements

    National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
    A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Sales would be preferred
    At least 3 years’ proven external sales / cold-calling experience within a similar field
    Good understanding of the card transacting environment
    Communication skills (verbal and written) in English
    Ability to communicate in a third official language would be an added advantage
    Interpersonal skills
    Computer literate (MS Office)
    Planning and organizing skills
    Energy and drive
    Client service orientation
    Own transport and valid driver’s license are pre-requisites for the position
    Clear criminal and credit record
