The role

To drive the brand activation strategy on a regional basis through the co-ordination, management and planning of regional brand activation teams.
The requirements

    National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
    Relevant 3 year Marketing Qualification Degree or Diploma
    Postgraduate Marketing Qualification Degree or Diploma would be ideal
    Proven experience as a planner/coordinator in a marketing, events and/or agency environment in the retail/financial sector
    1 – 2 Years’ experience managing a team of people within the retail/financial sector
    Computer Literate: MS Office and Internet, Advanced MSWord, Excel & Outlook
    Team Leadership capabilities
    Conceptual and lateral thinking
    Presentation, facilitation and training skills
    Communications skills (written & verbal)
    Interpersonal skills
    Negotiation skills
    Analytical skills

    Organizing and coordination skills
