Job Title: Regional Promotions Coordinator

East Rand

The role

    Provide support to operations, employer sales and marketing by organizing and managing regional promotions activations
    Coordinate, supervise and monitor the Brand Ambassador team, this includes managing the quality of interactions and the overall Brand representation
    The Regional Promotions Coordinator takes responsibility for the BA team with support of the Regional Promotions Manager

The requirements

    National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
    Preferably a relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce / Management/Marketing)
    At least 1 year supervisory/ first line management experience
    Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal) would be an added advantage
    Knowledge of management principles
    Ability to delegate tasks, coach and support, motivate/ energise, and offer structure/ guidance to team members
    High energy levels, a sense of urgency and deadline driven
    Impact within a team environment (confidence, articulate, has presence)
    Organising and co-ordinating skills
    Presentation, facilitation and training skills
    Communications skills (written & verbal)
    Ability to interact with people across all levels
    Computer Literacy (Advanced MS Office, Outlook and Internet)
    Working independently / high degree of self-motivation
    Ability to work under pressure
    Valid driver’s license (previous experience driving a Vito vehicle an advantage)
    Own transport
    Willing to travel and work irregular work hours when required
