Purpose of Role:

To design and develop blended learning solutions that enable and enhance performance. This includes formal and informal learning methods such as e-learning, performance support tools, quick reference guides, “how to” guides, coaching guides, observation checklists, training videos, workshops etc.

Requirements:

    National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
    Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Human Resources degree) would be advantageous
    At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in learning design
    Knowledge of:
    Blended learning
    Adult learning design principles & methodologies
    Generation Y learning preferences
    Communication skills (written & verbal) in English
    Interpersonal skills
    Relationship management
    Negotiation and influencing skills
    Computer literacy (MSWord, MSPowerpoint, MSExcel, Outlook & Internet)
    Planning and organising skills
    Analytical skills
    Judgment and decision-making ability
