Job Title: Deputy Manager : office of the SGM

Salary: R495 603 p.a

Location: Pietermeritzburg

Requirements: The ideal candidate should be in a possession of an appropriate Bachelor's degree, National Dipoma or equivalent qualification plus a minimum of 3years junior management experience in an administrative environment.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Required:

The successful candidate must ; Have sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and policies that guide the public sector .Be skilled in work analysis and financial management.Have good managerial skills(problem solving, decision making and project planning)possess excellent communication skills( written and verbal) De fluent in isiZUlu.
Be computer literate in MS office Suite. Have a valid driver's License


Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful incumbent will be required to provide operational support to the SGM with the following key responsibilities:

- Coordinating and integrating the activities of the Branch -Facilitating strategic partnership between the branch, Department and institutions of traditional Leadership.

-Administration of outstanding matters between the office of the AGM  and all key stakeholders

-Managing Operational activities of the SGM

-Management of internal resources
