Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Removing damaged vehicle components and panels.
·
Removing dents by using hammer panels with specialized
beating tools.
·
Utilizing hydraulic and mechanical equipment to
straighten damaged vehicles.
·
Cutting, fitting and welding replacement parts.
·
Filling in dents with plastic fillers and file,
grind and sand repaired surfaces by using hand and power tools.
·
Refitting the repaired panel or replacement to
the vehicle and reassembling connecting parts such as trims and door locks.
·
Repositioning vehicle body frames using special
alignment machines.
· Dismantling damaged auto-electric components and
repair or replace when needed.
· Assisting body builders with building
custom-designed or restoration of vintage vehicles.
· Assisting spray painter in applying finishing
touches.
Requirements:
·
Must have at least 5 years exp.
·
Must be able to work under pressure.
·
Restore old antique cars.
·
Work finishing must be of high quality.
