Lecturers Job at Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa

•    NB: BTech degree holders are appointed at Junior Lecturer level while MTech degree holders are appointed at Lecturer level.
•    Prioritize the applied subjects on your cover letter of your CV clearly state your experience per applied subject
•    Subjects for the National Diploma are presented during the day during the week
•    Subjects for the BTech and MTech are presented every Saturday on a scheduled session between 8:30 – 17:30
•    If your CV is outdated or incomplete, your application will be considered unsuccessful



MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

•    At least a BTech/BComm(Hons) degree in IT for the National diploma subjects
•    At least an MTech degree in IT or relevant qualification for the BTech subjects
•    At least a DTech degree in IT or relevant qualification for the MTech subjects
•    One year relevant experience in a tertiary environment or industry

CORE FUNCTIONS

•    Preparing all lecture materials, assessments and memorandums for related subjects
•    Presenting lectures and assessing students registered for the subjects
•    Performing administration of marks and other related administrative duties under subject head and HOD supervision
•    Adhere to the due dates set by the section head
