Minimum Requirements:

    B Degree in Finance
    Computer  literacy  - Venus financial system
    Communication skills
    Relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

    Manage and control the billing section
    Approve and co-sign leave forms and arrange training for staff
    Co-ordinate rates and taxes, water and electricity activities
    Prepare billing reports
    Authorise refunds on cheques or petty cash
