Job description:

To troubleshoot system problems and the repair of such work
To perform duties on workshop floor of site and underground
To participate and assure a high standard of work
Rectify all electrical and mechanical breakdowns
Ensure legal compliance on all machines
Quality work at all times
After hours and standby duties
Be part of the safety programme and good housekeeping
To be part of the workshop team
Time keeping as per company rules and regulations
In case of any off site work company to provide transport
Expected to assist in other areas/divisions in the company when needed

Experience requirements:

Technical background
Trade qualified artisan - electrical
Valid driver’s licence
Good product knowledge

Educational requirements:

Grade 12 or NTC 3 with trade qualification

Personality requirements:

Interpersonal skills to work as part of the Workshop team
Be presentable to customers in grooming and dress code
