Minimum Requirements:

    B Degree in Nursing Science (Nursing Administration)
    Relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

    Monitor service delivery patterns, health indicators and cost effectiveness in the Directorate Family Health
    Ensure client / customer satisfaction by establishing, monitoring and evaluating system
    Monitor the equitable distribution of and effective utilisation of financial and material resources for the Family Health Directorate
    Initiate, Implement and control work related research and surveys in health facilities
    Manage and co-ordinate the development, implementation and monitoring of computer based systems in the Family Health Directorate
    Establish, co-ordinate and sustain networks, partnerships and advocacies
